Smith Titanium Rear Midget Brake Caliper (7075 Billet Aluminum casing with titanium pistons)
- made from very stiff alloy (7075-T6 billet aluminum) – providing the stiffest pedal feel
- the first ever brake caliper to come with ALL titanium hardware – this includes the fittings; bleed screw; crossover bolt and spacer; and caliper clamp bolts (the titanium bolts are very stiff with a shoulder design)
- has large titanium pistons that boost the clamping force by 600 lbs over other calipers
- the titanium piston blocks the heat from entering into the brake fluid – making it the best piston material
- the titanium piston is located at the exact center line of the friction material providing for the best pad wear
- special o-rings provide minimum piston retraction – drivers LOVE this feel!
- the caliper is black hard coat anodized and beautifully machined by MOOSE BLOCKS, INC
- fits a 10-1/2″ diameter rotor; .250 – .300 wide
- mounting holes for rear end radial mount = 3/8 x 5-1/4 hole centers
- radial mounts are also available for the small Winter’s rear = 3/8 x 3-3/4 hole centers
- pistons have carbon raptor coating
- comes with a 7075 billet aluminum radial mount complete with titanium studs and aluminum jet nuts
